Since 2006 each year the K.I. A. The scholarship is known as the Keith Taylor Equine Scholarship provides the successful candidate with:
Five months at the Irish National Stud, beginning in February 2013. The Scholarship covers:

2013 NZTBA INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT SCHOLARSHIP
The NZTBA International Management Scholarship is funded by the Sunline Education Trust, launched at the 2002 NZTBA Auckland dinner to honour New Zealand’s champion racemare. Several New Zealand stud farms generously donated stallion services for auction, and the proceeds established a fund now administered by the Trust.
The Scholarship aims to identify existing and potential managers within the New Zealand thoroughbred industry, offer them an opportunity to broaden their knowledge and experience, and highlight the diverse career options available within the international bloodstock business.
Applicants require a good general knowledge of the thoroughbred industry, and experience in the management and handling of horses of all ages. This bonded, all-expenses paid scholarship is suitable for those wishing to develop a long-term career within the New Zealand thoroughbred industry.
Applications for both NZTBA Scholarships close in September 2012
